 sysinst(8): Incomplete installation of sets is not actually fatal.
 
 Don't scare the user!
 
 The installation continues just fine if, for example, "full installation"
 was selected and the "manhtml" set is missing from the disc. Indeed, this
 is the norm on CD-ROM images with a size limit on architectures like i386.
 
 PR port-i386/59889 i386 cd-rom iso for -current is overflowing 700MB limit
