geography/gpsd: Update to 3.27.1

This is a micro release carrying two security fixes.  Upstream states
no API/ABI changes.

Update allowable in freeze under either
  "Micro updates that would be eligible and appropriate for stable
  branch pullups, because they fix a security bug or something
  serious, are ok"
or
  "Micro updates for packages whose recursive total depending package
  count is < 25 are ok" (6 depending packages)

Passes regression tests on NetBSD 10 amd64.

Upstream NEWS:

    3.27.1: 17-Dec-2025
      Fixes for two CVE.  Parsing failures on malicious packets.
          CVE-2025-67268 - Heap-based Out-of-bounds Write, NMEA2000
          CVE-2025-67269 - Integer Underflow, NovAtel
      Some ubxtool updates.
