Bob v0.1.0 ready for beta testing

Hi!

As some of you know I've been working on a new build tool that is 
designed to provide an alternative to pkg_chk/pkgrr/pbulk for most 
situations.

It's now at the stage where it works reasonably well across NetBSD, 
Linux, and SunOS, and I'd like to get some user feedback on what 
features you'd like, what doesn't work, what needs better docs, etc.

with panes showing live build progress for each sandbox:

The README details how to get installed and started, along with a 
comparison with the existing build tools:

Ultimately this is a tool that runs as root and involves mounts, 
sandboxes, killing processes, and running "rm -rf".  While I am making 
every effort to make bob as safe as possible, please be careful when 
making changes to your config.lua.

(If you installed an earlier v0.0.x version you'll need to re-init as I 
made some minor config changes).
