Firefox and Xcursor

Hi, I noticed that firefox wasn't changing the cursor when hovering
the pointer over a link.  I suppose users of desktop environments
don't have this issue. Firefox is trying to use the system's Xcursor
theme. For users of WMs like me, you have to install a compatible
theme like adwaita or vanilla-dmz, export
XCURSOR_PATH=/usr/pkg/share/icons, and use X's resources:

Xcursor.theme: Vanilla-DMZ

or environment variables:
XCURSOR_THEME=Vanilla-DMZ firefox

I think something like this should be added to a MESSAGE file,
especially with the effort put in ctwm as the default OS' GUI.

PS. widget.gtk.legacy-cursors.enabled should enable the old cursors.
