graphics/lcms not quite removal proposal, graphics/gqview-devel removal proposal

I accidentally cd'd into graphics/lcms instead of lcms2, and saw
it was 1.x, and then checked the distfile: 2009.

I then wondered about removing it as long irrelevant, but revbump.py -n
says, annotated with updates (MAINTAINERS cc'd):

  graphics/cinepaint (1.4.4)
  graphics/gmngview (2.03)
  graphics/gqview-devel
graphics/py-imaging (? obsolete branch, now PIL)
  graphics/py-sk1libs (distfile from 2010, MASTER_SITES 404)
  print/cups-drivers-Magicolor5440DL (distfile from 2007, HOMEPAGE 404)

So, examining the list:

cinepaint is overdue for an update from 2021, and that might move to
  lcms2.

gmngview has an update from 2015, and perhaps zero people care.

The gqview-devel distfile is from 2006 and all the cool kids have long
since moved to geeqie. I therefore propose to delete it on the grounds
that the last gqview user forgot in was in pkgsrc 10 years ago.

py-imaging is super old. skencil/sketch depends on it.
    graphics/skencil: last release 2005!
I suggest that skencil and py-imaging should be removed.

py-sk1libs: The upstrream author died in 2021
(https://sk1project.net/) and this seems like it is not up to date
  anyway.

Magicolor: Are there any users? I suspect not.

I'll give gqview-devel almost a week, until March 15 (UTC). Please
speak up if you object.
