mail/postsrsd outdated - may I update it?

I just spend some time wondering why mail/postsrsd did not read the
shiny config file I created for it, then noticed that it also has no
option to read a config file --- and finaly looked at the version
number.

It is 1.11 in pkgsrc, the latest release (from April 2025) is 2.0.11.

The only thing I can see that would prevent an update is that configuration
changed slightly and that it requires "at least postfix 2.10".

Any reason not to update this to the latest version?
