Re: py313-pybind11 build fails on netbsd-11/amd64?

I was able to successfully build "py313-pybind11" on a second machine also
running 11.0_RC2.  So far as I know, the only difference between the two
is that the second, successful machine is running entirely from local disk
while the first which had problems is running semi-diskless (OS on NFS,
local disk for swap, data store, and scratch space).

(Said first machine is currently updating packages for 10.1_STABLE/amd64,
for which it runs entirely on local disk except for pkgsrc which is on
NFS.)
