I would have thought this was done already but my netbsd-9 dmesg says
the same.  Good to know netbsd-11 is working.

It seems likely that "cpu0: AMD GX-412TC SOC" has an AMD gpio controller
built it and that one needs to wreit gpioamd(4), or find out that amd
meets some standard interface.
