powerpc/asm.h: Provide a reference for stwcx. erratum.

This reference is kinda bodgy, wish I had something more clearly
authoritative from IBM and not from `Applied Micro Circuits
Corporation', whatever that is.  We should also really keep archives
of all these documents for future reference after upstreams stop
hosting them.

No functional change intended, comment only.
