i386: Exclude some PCIe and other drivers from the LEGACY kernel.

Only reduces the compressed size by around 1MB, but uncompressed is
2MB smaller, which benefits these small RAM machines anyway.

PR port-i386/59889 i386 cd-rom iso for -current is overflowing 700MB limit
