zfs: Nix unsourced speculation and `reports' without references.

This is not helpful and turns the page from useful information into
worse-than-useless FUD.

Add specific PR references.  If you want to talk about reports of
problems, please include links to the PRs with actual symptoms and
diagnostics themselves.  There were a lot of issues in netbsd-9 back
in 2020 but all of the crashes and lockups I observed were fixed then
(or were due to bad RAM in my laptop in 2021) and it has been very
reliable under my heavy use for development, bulk builds, and backups
and bulk data in my experience.
