If you'd like to bring up a discussion about pkgsrc's practice for
removing packages believed to have zero users, you can start that.

It is not on-topic for an individual removal request following existing
policy, at all.  It is especially inappropriate for one where the
package in question has not had a release in close to 20 years and for
which there is a successor, and thus is not even close to an edge case.
